Ground Maintenance and Tree Trimming Services various Military Installations for NAVFAC Marianas
Pacific Federal Management, Inc. (PFM) provided a wide range of maintenance and tree trimming services across all military establishments in the Mariana Islands. The scope of work included landscape installation, mowing and trimming, shrub and hedge maintenance, tree trimming, and grass seeding, covering over 5,000 acres of land. This contract was conducted on a firm-fixed basis, with multiple task orders issued each year. Following Typhoon Mawar, PFM was responsible for green waste cleanup and removal at local military bases, resulting in an additional $16-$18 million worth of work.
Our approach to grounds maintenance and tree trimming focuses on efficient execution, cost-effective solutions, and maintaining high-quality standards with a lean team. PFM understands the unique landscape of Guam and ensures that the grounds are not only attractive but also well-suited to the local climate and environment, maximizing both time and resources. To deliver these services, we mobilized high-quality equipment and a streamlined team to provide mowing and trimming, trash removal and receptacle maintenance, tree, shrub, and hedge maintenance, trimming and pruning of power line trees, vacant housing unit maintenance, weed control near buildings, landscape installation, irrigation system maintenance, edging, flower bed upkeep, grass seeding, and litter and debris removal. Through this contract, PFM demonstrated a commitment to high-quality, efficient grounds management tailored to the needs of the military establishments in the region.
