Ground Maintenance at Marine Core Base Camp Blaz

In 2024, NAVFAC Marianas awarded Pacific Federal Management, Inc. (PFM) a ground maintenance and landscaping service contract at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). PFM will manage a wide range of maintenance and tree trimming services at MCBCB. The project will involve a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including mowing and trimming, shrub and hedge upkeep, tree pruning, and grass seeding. Our strategy for grounds maintenance and tree care will prioritize efficiency, budget-friendly solutions, and the highest standards of quality, all while maintaining a streamlined team. PFM will adapt to Guam’s distinct landscape, ensuring that the grounds are not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-suited to the local climate and environment, optimizing time and resources. Through this contract, PFM will showcase its commitment to delivering efficient, top-quality grounds management tailored specifically to the needs of military facilities in the region.
