Provide Personnel Gates Along Perimeter Fence at Naval Base Guam Munitions Site

In September 2024, Pacific Federal Management, Inc. (PFM) was awarded a contract by NAVFAC under the 8(a) program to install personnel gates along the perimeter fences at the Naval Base Guam Munitions site. This project involves a comprehensive design and implementation plan to incorporate all necessary repairs and new elements to ensure the gates function as intended.

PFM’s approach to the project begins with the clearance of existing chain link fence gates, as well as the removal of green waste surrounding the perimeter fence. Once this initial phase is completed, the team will proceed with the installation of the new perimeter fence gates, ensuring they are fully operational and secure for the site’s needs.

This approach is carefully planned to minimize disruption while ensuring that all necessary improvements are made. The project is on track to be completed by 2025, meeting the required timelines for a fully functional and secure perimeter gate system at the Naval Base Guam Munitions site.
