Repairs at Agana Small Boat Harbor, Hagatna, Guam
In August 2024, Pacific Federal Management, Inc. (PFM) was awarded a significant contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to undertake essential repair work at the Agana Boat Harbor, located in the village of Hagatna on the island of Guam. The scope of this extensive project involves repairing and restoring critical infrastructure at the harbor, with particular focus on the revetted mole harbor side. This includes both the seaward side of the mole structure and the surrounding breakwater areas to the east and west. The goal of the project is to enhance the structural integrity and functionality of the harbor, ensuring its continued operation as a vital maritime facility for both commercial and recreational purposes. The repairs will address areas that have experienced wear and damage due to the harsh marine environment, and are expected to improve the harbor’s resilience to future storms and sea conditions.
