NAVFAC | Replacement of Metal Building

Replace Metal Building with concrete structure building 766NM, Naval Base Guam Munitions Site (NBGMS)
NAVFAC Marianas awarded PFM to replace a metal building with a concrete structure. Bldg. 766NM is a single-story, deteriorated metal structure located at the Naval Base Guam Munitions Site. Originally constructed in 1960, the 4,000-square-foot building is currently unoccupied, with operational facilities located nearby. The structure is currently lacking both fire suppression and alarm systems. This project aims to replace the aging Bldg. 766NM with a reinforced, cast-in-place structure. The scope of work includes civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection components. The design, development, and construction phases will prioritize sustainability, focusing on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and minimizing environmental impact. The project is scheduled to be finished in 2025.
