Westin Guam Renovations

Pacific Federal Management successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of luxury hotel rooms at the Westin Resort Guam as part of a $1 million project. The extensive renovation involved the full demolition of the existing interior, followed by the installation of new flooring, painting, wallpaper, electrical fixtures, outlets, and bathroom fixtures, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout. The project spanned 14 floors, encompassing approximately 420 rooms, each ranging from 144 to 200 square feet. A key element of the project was the meticulous coordination of work around the opening and closing of rooms, which allowed the hotel to maintain operations with minimal disruption to guests. The scope of services included a variety of tasks, such as demolition, painting preparation and application, flooring preparation and installation, baseboard installation, TV wall installation, electrical component installation, shower fixture installation, reinstallation of fixtures, and comprehensive cleaning. Throughout the renovation, the focus remained on maintaining both luxury standards and guest satisfaction, ensuring the resort's continued reputation for excellence.
