GCC Building B Nears Completion

PFM—alongside Vertex—have been collaborating with Guam Community College to rebuild Building B of the campus! The new Building B at GCC will be an environmentally responsible, modern 2-story, 9,000-square-foot concrete facility designed to enhance the college’s infrastructure. The new building will house administrative office spaces, a state-of-the-art student computer lab, a fire alarm control center, and fully equipped restroom facilities.
