What began as a blank slate is steadily transforming into a refreshed and reimagined headquarters in the heart of Hagåtña.

Led by Design Manager Cyril Amaranto, the ongoing Headquarters renovation project continues to move forward with substantial completion targeted for June 2026. While the work spans multiple phases and evolving design elements, the vision remains clear: to create a functional, welcoming, and adaptable space that reflects the growth, creativity, and future of our companies.
The second floor is now fully operational and actively in use, serving as a collaborative workspace for up to 64 team members. The completed area features open workstations, private offices, a versatile breakout room, restrooms, a restored water system with a dedicated drinking station, and even a thoughtfully designed kids’ room. Minor furniture adjustments remain ongoing as teams continue settling into the space.
Meanwhile, the third floor is entering its final stretch, with remaining tile work, operable partitions, and office furniture installations bringing the space closer to full activation. The first floor is also steadily taking shape and is being prepared as a flexible, rental-ready environment designed to support future tenants and evolving business opportunities.
Outside the building, exterior re-coating work is already underway while new façade concepts continue through design review. Plans for expanded parking and elevator improvements are also being evaluated to better support employees and visitors alike.
For Cyril, one of the most exciting aspects of the project is the exterior transformation. “As the face of the building, it will shape the first impression for everyone who visits and reflect the identity of the company,” he shared. “It is a meaningful opportunity to create something that not only serves its function, but also contributes positively to its surroundings.”
Inside the building, Cyril says his favorite spaces are the breakout room and break room, areas intentionally designed to feel more relaxed and welcoming amid the pace of the workday. He also highlighted the kids’ room as one of the most personally rewarding spaces to design. “It gave me the opportunity to reconnect with a more playful and creative side of design,” Cyril said. “I was able to explore colors and concepts that I haven’t worked with in quite some time, which made the process refreshing and meaningful.”
Unlike many construction projects that begin with complete drawings and specifications, the Headquarters renovation required a far more adaptive approach. The team began with extensive assessments, measurements, and as-built documentation before designing and building simultaneously, often working creatively around existing conditions and available materials.
That flexibility has become one of the defining strengths of the project. From reimagined workspaces to future-ready rental areas, the Hagåtña Headquarters project represents more than just renovations—it reflects our continued investment in our people, our operations, and the environment where collaboration and ideas come to life.
As work continues over the coming months, the Headquarters team remains focused on delivering a space that is both practical and inspiring for years to come.
