PFM joined the global Giving Tuesday movement by uplifting the organizations that care for Guam’s most vulnerable and highlighting the many ways its team has embraced generosity throughout the year.

In recognition of Giving Tuesday, PFM employees organized an internal donation drive in support of Sanctuary, one of WestCare Pacific Island’s many local programs. Team members contributed hygiene and personal care items to support Sanctuary’s Co-Ed Emergency Shelter, a 24-hour safe haven for island youth, and Sagan Na Homlo’, the region’s only residential treatment program dedicated to young people in Micronesia. PFM plans to hold an additional donation drive before Christmas to continue supporting the shelters’ ongoing needs.

Ahead of the holiday season, PFM also made a $500 donation to the Sinajana Mayor’s Office in support of its Holiday Cheer Boxes and Christmas Break Day Camp, which provides essential supplies for families and activities for more than 80 campers respectively. This contribution is one of many regularly scheduled donations PFM coordinates throughout the year to assist village mayors’ offices, local nonprofits, youth programs, and community initiatives.

As 2025 concludes, PFM remains committed to strengthening its community engagement through new partnerships, school collaborations, educational initiatives, and employee-driven volunteer activities. The company looks forward to continuing its tradition of giving and supporting the island community in meaningful, lasting ways.
