LEVEL UP. BUILD STRONG.
Pacific Federal Management celebrates the women whose expertise, leadership, and dedication continue to shape the construction industry. From on-site project management to supporting field laborers from behind the scenes, their contributions drive progress, strengthen the team, and deliver lasting results for our community. The women of PFM continue to level up their skills and expertise as they help build a stronger Guam each day!
On March 6th, 2026, Acting Governor Joshua Tenorio held a signing for a proclamation which officially recognized the first week of March as Women in Construction Week, marking a historic moment in the construction industry in Guam. The signing was held inside the Governor's building in Adelup and was attended by members of the National Women In Construction organization of Guam as well as a few of the many women of PFM.

March 1st to March 7th, 2026 marked Women in Construction Week! PFM celebrated the week with three short video interviews featuring women from a wide range of departments, from human resources to project-site coordination.
PFM's first feature of the week was an interview with Maribeth Keeler, one of our project coordinators who aspires to become a project manager in the near future.
Our second interview was with Phinyada "Apple" Cortenzano, one of our human resources members who is and has been instrumental in the recruitment cycle of our laborers.
Last but not least, we interviewed Beverly Rizon, our lead estimator with knowledge and experience in civil engineering!
All three interviews were also uploaded to our social media outlets, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
