PFM Recognized at GCA Premier Awards Event

On November 1, 2025, Guam Contractors Association held its Premier Awards Event “Excellence in Construction” & “Contractor of the Year 2025”.

PFM was recognized for achieving Platinum Level in the Associated Builders and Contractors’ STEP Health and Safety Management System, a merit-based safety recognition program for contractors across the nation. Our business partner Vertex Guam achieved Diamond level for STEP.

PFM also won 4 Excellence in Construction Awards, joining the island's top contractors for projects completed in 2025. PFM's most notable win was the Category Award for the Chief Kepuha Park Restoration Project.
